I am super happy with the sculpts and quality of material used in the making of the minis. I only did 4 stars for this because the paint job wasn’t exactly where I had hoped it would be. There were a few smudges and the paint felt a little tacky. That being said I ordered these with four other sets. This set was the only one with a paint issue. The rest were perfect, and I plan on continuing to buy more.
Sometimes heroscape pre painted figures are not as well done as you would think or hope, I have been very pleasantly impressed with the art quality of most of the units I have received with the Oreo borealus beats being top notch
Adelbern is a powerhouse on small maps and against squads- almost too powerful. The Ordo Borealis aren't exciting, but they are strong. Wish Adelbern was more visually distinct from the other Ursine- possibly more like his card art.
