The typical COBRA H.I.S.S. Tank driver can be called the worst of the worst, but Franklin C. Boone III takes the traits of most other H.I.S.S. drivers and ratchets them up a few notches. As Rip It, he has many qualities that COBRA values: a lust for destruction, cruelty for the sake of cruelty, and most importantly, a fanatical hatred of G.I. Joe.

Rip It’s impulses for evil were refined by COBRA in the most unusual of places… the golf course. It allowed him to analyze winding battlefields and natural obstacles. While his study of golf taught him to be cold and analytical, underneath it all his fearless cruelty remains. On the battlefield, he's been known to lose his temper and pursue G.I. Joe mercilessly in private vendettas. Unfortunately for his fellow H.I.S.S. Tank operators, he's been known to lose it during practice sessions as well, which isn't all that disqualifying around COBRA.

Rip It is available in the Heroscape G.I. Joe: H.I.S.S Tank Army Expansion. Pre-Order now for a March 2027 release!
