If there is one among COBRA and their associates who embodies every worst aspect of humanity, it would have to be Sebastian Bludd, without question. He received significant military training in his native Australia as well as the French Foreign Legion. This experience turned him into a keen tactician and made him highly proficient in most small arms. Unfortunately for the world, he decided the best use of those skills was mercenary work.

Now going by the name Major Bludd, he works with COBRA because they pay him the most, not through any sense of loyalty or devotion to their cause. While he certainly enjoys what their brand of evil allows him to do—loving your work is important, after all—he's always willing to sell his services to the highest bidder. Perhaps his worst offense, however, is his poetry. It is so bad, it's possible that reciting it is his deadliest weapon.

“When you're feeling low and woozy, slap a fresh clip in your Uzi! Assume the proper firing stance, and make the suckers jump and dance!”
